Be Allure : The Beginning
Be Allure was founded in 2016 by Briana Jacole. Be Allure is a clothing company that provides a store front that sells clothing from vendors globally providing a wide array of tastes from other cultures and places for its shoppers.
After researching ways to get extra money during college, Briana began her journey as an entrepreneur. In her research, she discovered a few extra ways to increase her finances and chose to enter the fashion world. She was tired of working dependently and began selling African necklaces and Midi rings. Later, at 21 years old, she decided to take things to the next level and begin her own clothing company. Be Allure began as a T-shirt that she designed in 2016. Due to the massive amount of support the shirts got, Briana was motivated to continue her business' progression. She now travels in search of clothing vendors to provide a new feel and touch to the Be Allure shop.
Briana was inspired by Sophia Amoruso, author of renown book 'Girl Boss'. She would read Sophia's book repeatedly in search of motivation. Briana also looked to Instagram moguls like Milano Rogue, Ming Lee who owns the multi million dollar hair business Snob Life. Briana took to Youtube many times a day just to watch Ming Lee's videos to inspire her to progress with her business. Similarly to her, Briana was also able to discover a young woman named Wazzam Supa. Supa began a brand called Crayon Case. Fortunately, she was able to see Crayon Case grow from beginning to end. Recently, Supa sold more than 1 million dollars of product during the 2018 Black Friday holiday. These are inspirational people that Briana looked up to that allowed Be Allure to become what it is today!
The process was not always without its setbacks emotionally, physically, and systematically. Being an entrepreneur has many ways of being discouraging which resulted in a break. However, with the support of family, friends, and clients, tons of research and applied knowledge, Be Allure is now available again with all new product!
" Always remember, it takes more time and brainstorming to create a business rather than money, always believe in yourself, never get overwhelmed, it’s okay to take a break but don’t forget you have work to finish!"
